Step 1:

To schedule a remote service experience, you can simply contact our dealership's service scheduling department by phone 248.844.2055 or Text “Serraservice1” to 833.707.2155. You will provide your location and preferred pickup time, and we will arrange for a member of our client experience team to pick up your vehicle. Restrictions apply on distance to your location, and whether your vehicle's symptoms present a safety concern to transport.

Step 2:

Once the vehicle is picked up, our team of experienced technicians will perform the necessary maintenance or repairs. Our service team will keep you updated throughout the service process and notify you once the work is completed. If your vehicle requires additional repairs or services, we will send you a text or call for authorization.

Step 3:

After the work is completed, the dealership will return your vehicle to your preferred location, whether it's at home or at work. You can then enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your vehicle has been serviced by experts, without having to disrupt their daily routine to drop off or pick up their vehicle and wait in the dealership.
